Check-in/Check-out
Hotel check-in time is at 4:00 pm, check-out time is at 12:00pm. As our hotel guest, you will have access to our luxurious amenities located in the spa building. We have a fitness facility, sauna and steam rooms, a roof-top pool and hot tub. Due to a high demand, we are unable to offer these amenities prior to check in or after your check out time.
Deposit
A one-night stay plus HST deposit is required upon booking.
Reservation Cancellation
Your deposit is fully refundable up to 7 days prior to your arrival, should you require to cancel or postpone your stay, any changes occurring within the 7 days will result in the forfeit of your deposit.
Smoking
The Elora Mill is a smoke free property. We have designated smoking areas outside our gates that our staff will happily direct you to if needed. Smoking cigarettes, marijuana, herbal mixtures or vaping pens in your room will result in an additional charge equal to the nightly rate of your room.
Seasonal in-room Fire Schedule
Some of our bedrooms have wood burning fireplaces: due to seasonal temperature fluctuations, fires are permitted during cold season only which is typically from Thanksgiving Monday through to Easter Monday. It is important to note that during usual temperatures or winds, we might not be able to safely light the fire in your room.
